HOSA TECHNOLOGY

All Hosa cables and adaptors, including hard-wired stage snakes and stage boxes, purchased in the USA are warranted by Hosa Technology, Inc. to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser. ALL OTHER Hosa products are warranted for one year.

ZAOLLA SILVERLINE

All ZAOLLA SILVERLINE cables and adaptors purchased in the U.S.A. are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser. Please contact us of further details, limitations, and exclusions, at (714) 736-9167, or email us at warranty@zaolla.com.

DA-CAPPO

DA-CAPPO warrants their microphone units to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. If the unit should malfunction, it must be returned to Hosa Technology, Inc. for evaluation. Hosa’s Customer Service Department will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number immediately upon phone or written request. Upon examination by Hosa, if the unit is found to be defective it will be repaired or replaced at our option. DA-CAPPO’s WARRANTY does not apply to defects resulting from any action of the purchaser, including but not limited to mishandling, improper use, operation outside of design limits, improper repair, or unauthorized modification. This WARRANTY is VOID if the unit shows evidence of having been tampered with or shows evidence of being damaged as a result of physical abuse, excessive corrosion; or current, heat, or vibration; improper specifi cation; misapplication; misuse or other operating conditions outside of DA-CAPPO’s control. Components that wear are not warranted, including but not limited to adaptors, cables and accessories.

DA-CAPPO is pleased to offer suggestions on the use of its various products. However, DA-CAPPO neither assumes responsibility for any omissions or errors nor assumes liability for any damages bases upon inconvenience, loss of use of the product, loss of time, interrupted operation or commercial loss; or other damages, whether incidental, consequential or otherwise; that result from the use of its products in accordance with information provided by DA-CAPPO, either verbal or written. DA-CAPPO warrants only that the parts manufactured by it will be as specifi ed and free of defects.

DA-CAPPO MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT THAT OF TITLE, AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED.

Da-Cappo adaptors are not represented as being designed, manufactured or approved by the manufacturers of systems mentioned above. All brandnames mentioned in this document are the property of their respective trademark owners. Service and Repair:

Should your Hosa manufactured or distributed product fail, you can send it in for repair or replacement, at our option. Before you send your product back, please call for a Return Authorization Number (RA#XXXXX).
