Warranty Information

HOSA TECHNOLOGY

All Hosa cables and adaptors purchased in the USA are warranted by Hosa Technology, Inc. to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser.

All other Hosa products, including but not limited to headphones, hard-wired stage boxes, patch bays, footswitches, equipment racks, microphone stands, console lamps, and electronic components, are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one year from date of purchase.

In the event of such defects, Hosa will repair or, at our option, replace the warranted product if delivered to Hosa, prepaid, together with the sales receipt or other dated proof of purchase. This warranty excludes defects due to normal wear, abuse, shipping damage, or failure to use the product in accordance with the instructions.

HOSA TECHNOLOGY, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES BASED UPON INCONVENIENCE, LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT, LOSS OF TIME, INTERRUPTED OPERATION OR COMMERCIAL LOSS, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, WHETHER INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHERWISE. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.

ZAOLLA SILVERLINE

All ZAOLLA SILVERLINE cables and adaptors purchased in the U.S.A. are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original purchaser. Please contact us of further details, limitations, and exclusions, at (714) 736-9167, or email us at warranty@zaolla.com.

MOGAN MICROPHONES

Mogan Microphones warrants its microphone products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship in the manufacture of the product for a period of one (1) year from date of original purchase. In the event of such defects, Mogan Microphones will repair or, at its sole discretion, replace the warranted product if delivered to Mogan Microphones, prepaid, in original or suitable protective packaging, together with the sales receipt or other dated proof of purchase. This warranty excludes defects caused by abnormal conditions, deliberate abuse, accidental damage, operator error, shipping damage, unauthorized repair, or failure to use the product in accordance with the instructions. Not covered by warranty are accessories, batteries, and other consumables.

Service and Repair:

Should your Hosa manufactured or distributed product fail, you can send it in for repair or replacement, at our option. Before you send your product back, please call for a Return Authorization Number (RA#XXXXX).
